Job description

We are looking for Event Stewards to work across Coventry and other locations; join us as part of our Event Steward team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work at various events such as sporting events, concerts, and festivals, including Wolverhampton Wanderers, Coventry City, Derby County, and more!

Stadium is committed to upskilling our staff to provide the best possible service to our clients and ensure safety at all events.

Our goal is to keep people safe through our core services: Event Services, Training, and temporary Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM). We pride ourselves on delivering world-class customer service and are seeking industry-leading professionals to join us in creating memorable moments!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Welcoming visitors to the venue
  2. Addressing queries and providing event information
  3. Checking access passes (where applicable)
  4. Directing foot traffic
  5. Offering excellent customer service for smooth event operation
  6. Monitoring the event as the eyes and ears of the safety team
Skills and qualifications:

While not essential, the following skills are advantageous as training will be provided:

  1. Experience as an Event Steward
  2. Good level of verbal and written English
  3. Ability to remain calm under pressure

Hours of work:

Shifts vary per event, with early and late shifts available. All work is on a casual basis, offering flexibility to fit your commitments.

Pay rate:

The hourly rate is £11.44, depending on the event.

Ideal candidates:

If you have experience as a customer service assistant, event steward, NVQ Level 2 spectator safety steward, car park marshal, traffic management operative, hospitality host, front of house staff, or similar roles, please apply with your CV attached.
