We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our large Front of House team at Theatre Severn. The ideal candidates will have experience working in a busy environment; previous bar work is an advantage. Essential qualities include a good understanding of customer care, strong communication skills, cash handling experience, teamwork, a mature and pleasant attitude. Experience in a customer-focused environment is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
This hands-on role requires individuals who can be on their feet for extended periods and are capable of manual handling. As a front of house steward, your responsibilities will include ensuring our patrons' health and safety, comfort, and enjoyment during their visit. The role is varied and includes bar work, selling ice creams and confectionery, ticket taking, and general customer assistance.
