Job summary

Boom Battle Bar Reading is looking for a Kitchen Team member who is the guru of all things Boom Bites. You’ll stay in close contact with the Front of House to discuss the menu, allergens, and guest needs, helping create epic guest experiences.

When orders come through you’ll ensure every item leaves on time and on spec, while getting ready for big events, tracking stock and upholding safety and cleanliness to impress EHOs and guests alike.

Qualifications

• Teamwork is essential and you’ll support Front of House with menu knowledge and allergen info.
• You will ensure items go out on time and look as per spec, maintaining quality.
• You’ll prep for big events and keep the kitchen clean and compliant with safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, on-spec dish preparation.
• Assist with kitchen prep for events and busy periods.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety to satisfy EHOs.
