Boom Battle Bar Cambridge is seeking a Kitchen Team member who champions teamwork and quality. You will coordinate with the Front of House team, ensuring allergen details are communicated and that every dish leaves the kitchen on time and to spec. You’ll also prep for events, manage food stock, and maintain safety and cleanliness to wow guests.

Qualifications

• Communicate with Front of House about kitchen activity and allergens.
• Maintain high quality and on-time plating of dishes.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person in the kitchen, coordinating with FOH to ensure orders go out on time and on spec.
• Prepare for big events by getting food ready and tracking stock.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and the kitchen remains clean and compliant.
• Impress the EHO with adherence to regulations.
