Job summary

Boom Battle Bar in Bournemouth is seeking a Kitchen Team member who will be the go-to person in the kitchen, collaborating with the Front of House team, managing orders, and ensuring allergen information is communicated clearly.

You will help prep for big events, monitor stock and safety, keep the kitchen clean, and strive for top-notch quality that impresses guests and helps our team deliver epic experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen operations and safety.
• Ability to coordinate with Front of House and communicate allergens.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Front of House to ensure orders go out on time and on spec.
• Assist with prep and daily mise en place for service.
• Help manage stock and prep for big events while following safety rules.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized at all times to meet hygiene standards.
• Contribute to delivering epic guest experiences through quality and teamwork.

Job description

THE ROLE:

Teamwork is a non-negotiable for us, so where do out Kitchen Team members fit in here? Well you are the guru of all things Boom Bites. You’ll be the go to guru who will take the time to talk with the Front of House Team about what’s going on in the Kitchen and helping out with anything they may need, from your personal faves on the menu to helping them understand allergens.

We all work to achieve the same goal and that is epic guest experience!

When the orders start coming through you’re the champion on making sure every item goes out on time and looking on spec, ensuring quality never suffers.

As the go-to person in the kitchen, you'll also be the pro at getting things ready for big events, keeping track of food, and making sure we follow all the rules for safety. Making sure everything's super clean and top-notch. Imagine impressing EHO every time they swing by!
