Boom Battle Bar in Grays is looking for a Kitchen Team member to be the go-to kitchen guru, coordinating with the Front of House team and sharing the best menu picks and allergen info to help the team deliver epic guest experiences.

You’ll ensure every plate leaves on time and on spec, while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and readiness for big events, upholding high hygiene standards across the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player and able to coordinate with front-of-house.
• Clear communication about allergens and menu items.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness to pass inspections.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders go out on time and to spec.
• Help with event prep and large bookings.
