Magnet Isle of Man showroom is looking for a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust and drives sales.

You will convert showroom enquiries into high-value sales, design kitchens balancing creativity and commercial value, and manage your pipeline with proactive follow-up. Weekend flexibility is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales environments or targets.
• Excellent communication and organisation.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Responsabilités

• Build strong customer relationships from start to finish.
