Job summary

Magnet is recruiting a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the customer journey from showroom conversation to installation. You will design tailored kitchens, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales through a high-energy showroom environment.

You will convert enquiries, manage a pipeline, and conduct home visits while aiming to hit sales targets and protect margins. A UK driving licence is required, with weekend flexibility and a structured progression path.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Excellent communication and customer service focused.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Experience in home improvement industry is desirable but not essential.
