Job summary

Magnet in Bournemouth is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the full customer journey from initial showroom conversation to final installation. You will design tailored kitchens that balance creativity with commercial value and deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds trust and drives sales.

You’ll convert showroom enquiries, manage your pipeline, conduct home visits and actively seek upsell opportunities while hitting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Ability to close sales and influence decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
