Howdens Joinery is recruiting Kitchen Sales Designers for the Staffordshire area. You will drive sales by building trusted relationships with trade customers and their clients, delivering professional design support and excellent service on site. Training is provided, no prior design experience required, and a 40-hour week with no evenings.

Qualifications

• Targets and KPI achieved through proactive sales activity.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and clients.
• Excellent communication and clear idea conveyance.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for home visits.
• CAD skills preferred, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit by meeting depot targets.
• Build strong customer relationships with professional design support.
• Deliver outstanding service throughout projects.
• Conduct home visits to measure and understand client needs.
• Negotiate prices while protecting margin and design integrity.
• Plan and create inspirational, practical designs using product knowledge.
