Howdens Joinery is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer in the United Kingdom. You will thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, building strong relationships with trade customers and clients while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be results driven with track record of hitting sales targets/KPIs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and clients.
• Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• Full UK driving licence with own vehicle for home visits.
• Strong attention to detail and eye for design.
• CAD skills preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and depot targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional design support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout projects.
• Conduct home visits to measure and understand client needs.
• Negotiate prices while protecting margin and design integrity.
• Plan and create inspirational designs using product knowledge.
