Howdens Joinery is recruiting Kitchen Sales Designers who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. We’ll provide comprehensive design and sales training to create exceptional kitchens for our trade customers and their clients.

No prior design experience required; training will be provided. Expect a competitive salary, bonuses, pension, generous leave, staff discounts, and a 40-hour week with no evenings or Sundays.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full UK Driving license with access to own vehicle for home visits.
• CAD skills are preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to depot targets.
• Build customer relationships through design support.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout projects.
• Conduct home visits to measure and understand client needs.
• Negotiate prices while protecting margin and design integrity.
• Create inspirational designs using product knowledge and resolve queries.
