Howdens Joinery, the UK’s No1 Trade Kitchen Supplier, is recruiting Kitchen Sales Designers in the Staffordshire area. You will drive sales, build relationships with trade customers and deliver professional design support, including home visits to capture client needs.

Training is provided, and a competitive bonus scheme complements a strong salary. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, a 40-hour week, and a healthy team culture within a busy depot.

Qualifikationen

• Results driven with experience of reaching sales targets and KPI.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and their clients.
• Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• Full UK Driving license with access to vehicle for home visits.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• CAD skills are preferred but training will be provided.
