Job summary

Howdens in Cookstown, Northern Ireland, offers a 14‑month apprenticeship to train you in kitchen sales, design and customer service. You’ll learn from expert designers, measure homes, and work with trade customers to bring ideas to life.

You’ll gain a Level 3 – Customer Service qualification with mentoring from a dedicated Depot Manager, plus staff discount, pension, and paid holidays. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

About the apprenticeship

• Location: Cookstown Depot, Northern Ireland
• £16,686 salary plus team incentives
• Qualification: Level 3 – Customer Service
• Duration: 14 Months
• Support to achieve Maths & English (if needed)
• A dedicated mentor and supportive Depot Manager
• Staff discount, pension, and paid holidays
