Job summary

Howdens is seeking an apprentice based at Coleraine Depot in Northern Ireland. You will learn to measure customer homes, design and plan kitchens and bedrooms, and build relationships with trade customers while supporting the full sales journey from measure to sale.

We value attitude and potential over experience, offering mentorship, structured training, and a respect for your progression. A valid UK driving licence is helpful for visiting customer sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or a strong interest in customer service.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Learn from expert designers and sales team to measure homes and understand needs.
• Design and plan kitchens and bedrooms to meet customer requirements.

About the apprenticeship

• Location: Coleraine Depot | Northern Ireland
• £16,686 salary plus team incentives
• Qualification: Level 3 - Customer Service
• Duration: 14 Months
• Support to achieve Maths & English (if needed)
• A dedicated mentor and supportive Depot Manager
