Job summary

Howdens Joinery offers a hands-on apprenticeship in Cookstown Depot NI. You’ll learn how to measure customer homes, design inspirational spaces, and support the full sales journey from measure to sale alongside designers and the sales team.

No prior experience required; we hire for attitude and potential. You’ll receive a Level 3 Customer Service qualification, mentoring, staff discounts, pension, paid holidays, and a clear path to a long-term career in kitchen design and sales.

About the apprenticeship

• Location: Cookstown Depot NI
• £16,686 salary plus team incentives
• Qualification: Level 3 - Customer Service
• Duration: 14 Months
• Support to achieve Maths & English (if needed)
• A dedicated mentor and supportive Depot Manager
• Staff discount, pension, and paid holidays
