Howdens Joinery is recruiting Kitchen Sales Designers to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. You will build relationships with trade customers and their clients, influence buying decisions and exceed sales targets. No prior design experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be focused on delivering targets and KPI achievement.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and clients.
• Excellent communication skills, clear and effective in conveying ideas.
• Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle for home visits.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• CAD skills are preferred, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and profit by achieving depot targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional design support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout projects.
• Conduct home visits to measure and understand client needs.
• Negotiate prices while protecting margin and design integrity.
• Plan and create inspirational designs leveraging product knowledge.
