Howdens Joinery Limited is recruiting Kitchen Sales Designers to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. You’ll build trusted relationships with trade customers and their clients while delivering professional design support and exceptional service.

No prior design experience is required; comprehensive training is provided, with a 40-hour week, generous leave, and a strong team culture backed by a lucrative bonus scheme and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and clients.
• Excellent communication skills, with clear, effective ideas.
• Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle for home visits.
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design.
• CAD skills preferred, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit by hitting depot targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers through design support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout projects.
• Conduct home visits to measure and understand client needs.
• Negotiate prices while protecting margin and design integrity.
• Plan and create inspirational designs using product knowledge.
