Qualifications

• Experience in hitting sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence with access to vehicle for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to meet depot targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through design support.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout projects.
• Conduct home visits to measure and understand client needs.
• Negotiate prices to protect margin and design integrity.
• Plan and create inspiring, practical kitchen designs using product knowledge.
