Howdens Joinery is recruiting Kitchen Sales Designers to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. We offer comprehensive training to develop design and sales skills for our trade customers and their clients.

You will drive sales performance, build strong relationships with trade customers, conduct home visits to measure spaces, and deliver outstanding customer service from first contact to project completion.

Qualifications

• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPI.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and their clients.
• Excellent communication skills; able to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle for home visits.
• CAD skills are preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales performance and depot targets.
• Building strong customer relationships through professional design support.
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the project.
• Conducting home visits to measure, assess and understand client needs.
• Negotiating prices confidently while protecting margin and design integrity.
• Planning and creating inspirational and practical designs using strong product knowledge.
