Howdens Joinery is recruiting Kitchen Sales Designers to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You’ll build strong relationships with trade customers and clients, influence buying decisions, and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and clients.
• Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle for home visits.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• CAD skills are preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to meet depot targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional design support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct home visits to measure and understand client needs.
• Negotiate prices while protecting margin and design integrity.
• Plan and create inspirational, practical designs leveraging product knowledge.
