Job summary

Kenton Black is seeking a Freelance Site Manager for a kitchen refurbishment contract across Shropshire. Role starts on a day-rate basis and reports to a Contracts Manager. You will oversee the contract, coordinating with the TLO/RLO to access occupied properties and manage scope and programme.

Essential: current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates. Company vehicle provided. CIS or Umbrella pay status only.

Qualifications

• Oversee kitchen refurbishment site work.
• Coordinate safety, quality and customer satisfaction on site.
• Drive adherence to project programme and scope.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and coordinate with TLO/RLO to manage scope.
• Ensure Health & Safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Work on site in Telford/Shrewsbury area with company vehicle provided.
