Job summary

Malmaison Hotels in Cambridge is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team. You will help keep the kitchen and staff areas spotless and oversee pot and plate wash areas, contributing to a high level of cleanliness at all times.

This role offers learning opportunities, internal development, and Apprenticeships as part of a clear progression path within the brand.

Job description

You scrub up well… responsible for the general cleanliness of the kitchen and staff areas. Kitchen Porters will be required to assist the kitchen brigade by ensuring that the kitchen is maintained at a high level of cleanliness at all times as well as manage the pot and plate wash areas. It can be a demanding job but the rewards are worth it. This is a great opportunity to join the kitchen team learning the ropes and how the kitchen operates from the ground up.
