Job summary

Albert's Schloss in Birmingham, part of the Mission Mars Group, is seeking a passionate cook to join our busy Bavarian bier hall and alpine inspired restaurant. You'll work alongside our chefs in a fast-moving kitchen, preparing fresh locally sourced ingredients and helping to lead a tight-knit team.
