Trading Post Coffee Roasters is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team during busy service. You will help maintain cleanliness, assist the Duty Chef, and help keep the kitchen well-equipped and organized in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is positive, hardworking and willing to learn, with a team-focused attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure in a lively hospitality setting.

Responsabilités

• Support the Back of House team in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
• Ensure the kitchen is always clean and well equipped for service.
• Action tasks requested by the Duty Chef or Duty Manager.
• Be positive and motivating, bringing your best self at all times.
• Undertake regular training and strive for self-improvement.
• Work to support a busy team and contribute to team-driven results.
• Display a smart, professional appearance and represent Trading Post Coffee Roasters positively.
