The role is 20 hours per week across a 4-on-7 rolling roster with early and late shifts. Training is provided, with on-the-job learning and career development opportunities within Sodexo.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 20 hours per week.
• 4 days out of 7 with early and late shifts on a rolling roster.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen, utensils, and equipment are kept clean and hygienic.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks when needed.
• Manage dishwashing and waste disposal efficiently.
• Keep stock of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Follow all food safety and health & safety regulations.
