The Hero’s Return in London is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our busy hospitality team at Battersea Power Station. This full-time position offers £12.71–£13.00 per hour, with training provided and opportunities to develop in a professional kitchen.

Responsabilités

• Wash, clean, and sanitise dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or kitchen supervisors.
• Support the organisation of storage areas, ensuring ingredients and supplies are correctly stored and labelled.
• Maintain cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, and other areas within the kitchen.
• Help with waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Support the team during busy service periods by ensuring all necessary items are ready for use.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or contamination.
