Enhance Catering in Cirencester is recruiting a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join a valued client site. The role suits someone who enjoys a busy kitchen, keeps areas clean and organised, and wants to be part of a friendly team. You'll be proactive with good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Experience is helpful but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to get stuck in are key. The job involves heavy lifting and requires 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 10:30am–7pm, term

• Support the kitchen team with daily cleaning duties.
• Wash pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment.

• Assist with basic food preparation when required.
• Empty rubbish and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Help ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

You'll be a proactive, positive individual with good attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Experience is helpful but not essential, you need enthusiasm and a willingness to get stuck in. The role does include Heavy Lifting!

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the kitchen team with daily cleaning duties
• Washing pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment
• Keeping kitchen and back‑of‑house areas clean, tidy, and safe
• Assisting with basic food preparation when required
• Emptying rubbish and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Helping ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation

What Is On Offer

• Excellent Pay Rate - £19,300 per annum
• Working Hours - 40 per week | 10.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday
• Working Weeks - 33 weeks - term time only
