NW Recruitment Services Ltd, on behalf of its manufacturing client, is recruiting a Temporary Kitchen Porter to support a busy on-site canteen in Accrington. The role offers steady weekday hours and an immediate start.

You will wash dishes, maintain cleanliness, assist with basic food preparation, and help the catering team during service, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour plus accrued holiday pay. Duration is approximately six weeks from the start date.

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Assisting with basic food preparation when required.
• Supporting the catering team during busy service periods.
• Ensuring all health, safety and hygiene procedures are followed.
• Helping with deliveries and stock storage where required.

Job description

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + accrued holiday pay

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 2:30pm

Duration: Approximately 6 weeks (commencing week beginning 27th July)
