Job summary

Searcys is seeking a Kitchen Porter Supervisor at one of its iconic London venues. You will supervise and train the kitchen porter team, ensure a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen, and support the catering operation with basic food prep.

This permanent, full-time role offers a 40-hour week and shifts in a prestigious hospitality environment. As part of a renowned historic brand, you will benefit from industry-leading terms, including meals on shift and extensive annual leave.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean and safe working environment in line with cleaning schedules and food safety policy.
• Ensure utensils and equipmentare cleaned and stored properly to prevent damage.
• Supervise, coordinate and train kitchen porter team.
• Assist in production of sandwiches and some food prep when needed.
• Inspect deliveries for quality, quantity and food safety compliance.
• Record delivery temperatures and report any non-conformances.
• Maintain FIFO stock and ensure uniforms for kitchen staff are stocked.
• Follow health, hygiene and safety requirements per policy.
