Your responsibilities include:

1. Assisting at special functions, some outside normal working hours.
2. Maintaining high standards of dress and behaviour.
3. Ensuring food standards are upheld.
4. Reporting complaints or compliments.
5. Reporting incidents such as accidents, fire, theft, loss, or damage, and taking appropriate action.
6. Adhering to all aspects of the Food Safety Act 1990.
7. Attending training sessions and staff meetings.
8. Cleaning tableware, serving dishes, and utensils promptly.
9. Cleaning catering equipment as instructed.
10. Operating industrial dishwashers safely.
11. Minimizing breakages through careful handling.
12. Maintaining a clean working environment with a focus on hygiene.
13. Ensuring the dishwasher is cleaned daily to a hygienic standard.
14. Properly storing and disposing of waste products.
15. Assisting with deliveries of goods.
