With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non-Matchday Events, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative hospitality venue.

We are looking for outstanding customer-focused individuals to join a world-leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Deepdale is a prestigious footballing venue, home to Preston North End and steeped in history. The Lilywhites' home ground holds the privileged title of being the oldest professional football site in the world in continuous use.

While many sides have shifted about from spot to spot in their short or long-term history, Preston North End has remained loyal to the piece of turf in PR1, making it their home since 21st January 1875 when the club's members first took out a lease on the land.

In 2004, the famous ‘The Splash’ statue was built to honour Sit Tom Finney, the club’s most famous former player, now sitting proudly outside ‘The Gentry Bar’, PNE’s new fan zone.

Responsibilities include:

1. To ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen.
2. Visual hazard check of the kitchen.
3. To clean equipment, utensils, crockery, and glass throughout and after service.
4. Correct disposal of rubbish.
5. Cleaning / tidying of kitchen throughout and after service.
6. Correct chemicals are used for cleaning purposes following COSHH guidelines.
7. Correct PPE is worn throughout shift, full uniform (blue trousers & tops), safety shoes at all times.
8. Kitchen cleanse to the standard of EHO requirements.
9. Report broken / malfunctioning equipment to the Supervisor immediately.

Minimum requirements:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A flexible “can do” attitude.
• The ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
