Signature Group is opening a new hospitality venue in Edinburgh's City Centre, combining a premium pub and a lively sports bar. We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join from day one, helping the team set high standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will assist with washing up, basic food prep, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The role offers a supportive team environment and opportunities to develop your hospitality career with Signature Group.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to maintain clean, organised kitchen areas.
• Ability to work physically across long shifts and in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate effectively with chefs and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Prioritise tasks and manage time during busy service periods.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning & Washing Up – keep equipment and dishes sanitised and stored properly.
• Supporting Food Preparation – assist chefs with basic prep tasks.
• Waste Management – dispose of waste/recycling per policy.
• Maintaining Kitchen Organisation – keep tools and ingredients tidy and stocked.
• Health & Safety Compliance – follow safety standards and handle chemicals safely.
