Sodexo in Edinburgh is looking for a Kitchen Porter to support a busy kitchen team, keeping dishes clean and the back-of-house areas hygienic. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety throughout service.

Responsibilities include pot washing, cleaning equipment, managing waste and stock, and assisting colleagues as needed in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
• Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean and tidy.
• Support team before, during and after service.
• Handle waste and deliveries and manage stock.
• Maintain cleaning records and follow company procedures.
• Attend required training and meetings.
