Job summary

Benugo is seeking an experienced Kitchen Porter at Edinburgh Castle to join the culinary team. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene while supporting general food preparation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Training is provided; a positive attitude and teamwork are essential, with prior experience in a busy kitchen preferred. Shifts are five days out of seven, with various contract types available.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Porter to join the team at Edinburgh Castle

We Offer:

Rate: £12.71 per hour

Shifts: 5 days out of 7/ Mon- Fri/ Weekends

Contract: Full Time/ Part Time/ Permanent/ Temporary

About the Kitchen Porter role:

• As a member of the kitchen team you will be ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times whilst also helping with general food prep.
• Training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essentials!
• Previous Experience in a fast paced kitchen is preferred
