Daylesford Stays - The Fox in Lower Oddington is hiring a full-time Kitchen Porter to work with the kitchen team and maintain a clean, safe workplace across the kitchen and back-of-house areas.

The role requires stamina, you will enjoy the fast pace of a busy kitchen, and you will need to be very organised to coordinate your station. Earnings are £13.75 per hour for 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Stamina for fast-paced kitchen work.
• Very organised and able to coordinate your station.

Responsibilities

• Collect and wash pots, pans, plates, and cutlery.
• Ensure pots, pans, plates, and cutlery are put back into service as quickly as possible.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls.
• Ensure all the kitchen equipment is properly stored.
• Organise the storeroom.
• Ensure cleaning rotas is followed and adhered to at all times.
• Remove and recycle waste from the kitchen.
• Comply with the store internal audit requirements.
