Daylesford Stays - The Fox in Lower Oddington is hiring a full-time Kitchen Porter to work with the kitchen team and maintain a clean, safe workplace across the kitchen and back-of-house areas.

The role requires stamina, you will enjoy the fast pace of a busy kitchen, and you will need to be very organised to coordinate your station. Earnings are £13.75 per hour for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Collect and wash pots, pans, plates, and cutlery.
• Ensure pots, pans, plates, and cutlery are put back into service as quickly as possible.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls.
• Ensure all the kitchen equipment is properly stored.
• Organise the storeroom.
• Ensure cleaning rotas is followed and adhered to at all times.
• Remove and recycle waste from the kitchen.
• Comply with the store internal audit requirements.

About The Role

We are hiring for full-time Kitchen Porter at The Fox in Lower Oddington where you will be able to work alongside the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and safe workplace across the kitchen and all the back-of-house areas.

The role will require stamina and you’ll enjoy the fast pace of working in our kitchens. You’ll be very organised and able to coordinate your station seamlessly.

Your Responsibilities
