Job summary

BM Caterers is looking for a Kitchen Porter to support a busy kitchen on a Monday–Friday, 40-hour full-time contract. You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic, assist with basic food prep and storage, and ensure procedures are followed.

No weekend or bank holiday work. We welcome candidates with food environment experience or Food Safety Level 2 and knowledge of health and safety and COSHH; training and development are supported, with a friendly, hardworking team and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience in a food environment preferred.
• Food Safety Level 2 with knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH.
• Ability to follow procedures, communicate effectively and present a neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic.
• Carry out basic food preparation and assist with food storage and delivery.
