Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking a hardworking Kitchen Porter to keep the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic in a fast-paced catering environment in London. The role covers a rotating shift pattern from early to late, with requirements to be flexible across 06:30-22:30 hours and to assist with basic prep as needed.

You will support deliveries, stock movement and ensure strict adherence to food safety and health and safety procedures, while helping the team during service and maintaining a safe, efficient

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic.
• Washing utensils, equipment and work areas thoroughly.
• Supporting with basic food preparation where needed.
• Helping with deliveries, storage and stock movement.
• Following food safety, COSHH and health and safety procedures.
• Supporting chefs and the wider kitchen team during service.
• Helping create a safe and efficient working environment.
