Job summary

The Salad Project in London is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our growing team. The role covers cleaning, washing cookware, and assisting chefs during busy service periods. Shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends.

You will report to the Kitchen Manager; benefits include 28 days of paid time off, staff meals, refer-a-friend bonus, and opportunities for progression as we expand across stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen/cleaning preferred but not required.
• Experience in fast-paced environment is helpful.
• Willingness to perform cleaning tasks and assist cooks.

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks in keeping the kitchen spotless.
• Wash cookware and equipment used by chefs.
• Wash bowls, tongs and dressing bottles used for serving our salads.
• Keep the team stocked with clean, dry equipment.
• Assist with short daily deep cleaning tasks in the kitchen.
• Report to the Kitchen Manager.
