The Salad Project in London is seeking a Kitchen Porter for Thursday and Friday shifts from 12pm to 10pm. You will help keep the kitchen clean and organized, washing cookware and supporting chefs during busy service. The role offers opportunities for growth within a expanding team and bonus team events.

Shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends; punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential. Prior kitchen experience is helpful but not required, and you will be trained on our processes.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you will have some experience working in a kitchen/cleaning role.
• Experience/readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Wash all cookware and equipment used by chefs.
• Keep kitchen spotless and stocked with clean, dry equipment.
• Assist with simple food prep during busy periods.
• Report to Kitchen Manager.
