Job summary

The Salad Project at Oxford Circus is hiring a Kitchen Porter for Thursday and Friday, 12pm–10pm. You’ll support our kitchen team, wash cookware and equipment, and help keep the kitchen clean and well stocked. You’ll report to the Kitchen Manager and join a growing, friendly crew.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic to keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy service periods.
• Turn up on time for shift and stay reliable during weekends.
• Adaptability to assist with various tasks, including simple food prep when needed.
• Respect for team members and managers.

Responsibilities

• Washing all cookware and equipment used by chefs.
• Washing bowls, tongs and dressing bottles used for serving our salads.
• Keeping team members stocked up with clean, dry equipment.
• Assisting with short daily deep cleaning tasks in the kitchen.
• Reporting to the Kitchen Manager.
