The Salad Project in London is hiring a Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team during busy service hours. You will assist cooks, wash cookware and keep equipment clean, contributing to a smooth-running operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash all cookware and equipment used by chefs.
• Wash bowls, tongs and dressing bottles used for serving salads.
• Keep the team stocked up with clean, dry equipment.
• Assist with short daily deep cleaning tasks in the kitchen.
• Report to the Kitchen Manager.
