Job summary

Pennyhill Park, part of the Exclusive Collection in Bagshot, Surrey, seeks a Kitchen Porter to support a luxury hotel kitchen. You will help maintain cleanliness, assist with general duties and support the chefs to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments is desirable.
• Strong cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team with cleaning, washing up and general kitchen duties.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment and storage spaces.
• Assist with pot wash, dishwashing and safe handling of kitchen equipment.
• Support basic food preparation tasks when required.
• Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed.
• Follow all food hygiene, health & safety and COSHH procedures.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen colleagues during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities
