Job summary

Exclusive Collection is seeking a Kitchen Porter at Ansty Hall to support the kitchen team, maintain cleanliness, and prep basics for service in a fast-paced, professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils are cleaned efficiently.
• Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation when required.
• Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and storage of goods.
• Dispose of waste safely and maintain a clean working environment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times.
