Job summary

Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, part of Exclusive Collection, seeks a Kitchen Porter to support the kitchen team and uphold high hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will help with cleaning, dishwashing and basic prep, ensuring safe handling of equipment and waste disposal. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends, with meals on duty and wellbeing perks.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team with cleaning, washing up and general kitchen duties.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment and storage spaces.
• Assist with pot wash, dishwashing and safe handling of kitchen equipment.
• Support basic food preparation tasks when required.
• Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed.
• Follow all food hygiene, health & safety and COSHH procedures.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen colleagues during busy service periods.
