Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Kitchen Porter for The View Hotel Eastbourne. The role focuses on keeping the kitchen and dining areas impeccably clean while supporting the kitchen team to maintain high hygiene and service standards.

Typical shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays on an hourly paid contract, with opportunities for growth and staff benefits across the Aimbridge portfolio.

Formación

• Excellent cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Clear communication with kitchen and FOH staff.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Washes dishes and cleans kitchen equipment.
• Assists with basic food preparation and plating as needed.
• Manages waste disposal and maintains waste separation.
• Maintains hygiene across kitchen and dining areas following health and safety guidelines.
• Supports the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during shifts.
