Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen running smoothly by cleaning and organising equipment, utensils, and workspaces.
• Wash and sanitise pots, pans, dishes, and other kitchen tools for the next dish.
• Support chefs with basic food prep tasks during busy shifts.
• Manage waste by disposing of rubbish, recycling and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Keep storage areas stocked, organised and clean for easy access.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries to keep the kitchen stocked.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards rigorously to maintain a safe kitchen.
