Job summary
Sodexo in Epsom is seeking a reliable Kitchen Porter to support our chefs and Food Service Assistants, helping keep the kitchen running smoothly and to a high hygiene standard. You’ll wash, clean, receive deliveries, assist with stock and help with service. Mon-Fri 08:00–17:00, with some flexibility. Free onsite parking, meals, gym access, and uniform provided; a full UK driving licence and vehicle access are preferred due to limited public transport to site.
Qualifications
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is beneficial.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required, as there are no public transport links to site.
Responsibilities
Keep kitchen areas clean, tidy and hygienic.
Wash dishes, crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment.
Clean fridges, work surfaces, equipment, floors, walls and doors.
Remove waste and maintain clean bin areas.
Receive, check and store deliveries.
Support stock rotation and stock takes.
Follow opening and closing procedures.
Assist with moving tables or equipment when required.
Follow all food safety, COSHH, health & safety and company procedures.
