COSMO Authentic World Kitchen is seeking a hardworking Kitchen Porter to support our kitchen team. You will help keep the kitchen clean, wash dishes, and assist with basic kitchen tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment thoroughly and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and on work surfaces.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required by chefs.
• Help manage waste and dispose of rubbish correctly.
• Ensure tools and equipment are stored properly and organized.
• Support with deliveries, stocking, and restocking as needed.
• Follow hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
• Assist in unloading and storing deliveries.
